Browns Central Hotel Lisbon

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of bubbles. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling streets below. The central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby neighborhoods and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Lisbon. Despite a minor issue with street noise in the evenings, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel's upgraded room with city view wasn't worth it; subpar breakfast and inaccurate view description. However, staff were friendly and the location ideal. Music inconsistency in the bar was a letdown. The beautiful decor, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. Room got hot due to aircon inactivity. A bathroom shelf would have been helpful. A minor flaw in an otherwise comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Brown Central Hotel in Lisbon. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and decorated. The hotel had a luxurious atmosphere and the staff were extremely welcoming. The free bottle of wine in the room was a lovely touch. The breakfasts were fantastic and we looked forward to them every day. The lounge areas by the reception and bar were comfortable and had great music playing all day. We also enjoyed dining at the nearby Brown Bistro, which had a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommended!

The room was super cozy with a cool Marshall Stanmore Soundsystem and a Roberts Radio. The fully stocked Smeg minibar was a nice touch, and the Nespresso Coffee Machine made mornings better. Plus, the Smeg Kettle was a game-changer.

I found the Roberts Radio a bit outdated for my taste.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a 24-hour business center for any urgent work requirements outside regular hours.

The hotel is located in a convenient area within walking distance to many of the city's tourist sites and near a metro station. The room was impressive with thoughtful touches such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a vintage-looking Bluetooth speaker. The stay comes with free toiletries and a complimentary bottle of wine.

The service could be improved upon, particularly with regards to the wait staff at the bar and restaurant who were not always courteous.

The room was stylish with modern amenities including a big smart tv and very comfy bed. The location was perfect, close to everything. Unfortunately, we had trouble opening the room door, but the staff were very helpful in showing us how. I would recommend this hotel.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly amenities, such as a designated play area for children.
